One-on-one online Pilates sessions, held via video conferencing such as Zoom. Each online pilates session is 50min. Email us to request a specific time.

Tips to prepare for your online Pilates session:

  1.  I suggest using a laptop/PC or tablet for your online workouts.The larger the screen, the better visibility!  

  2. You will need a Pilate/yoga mat or a blanket/towel.

  3. Set up your camera and space before your class begins. 

  4. Make sure you are visible head to foot, when standing and when lying down; enough floor space to lie down without bumping into anything

  5. Some props will be useful, but not necessary; Let me know during your private sessions if you have any props so we can integrate them into your session.
